Luang Prabang, the ancient Xieng Dong Xieng Thong, is a city of moments, rather than places. And of atmosphere, more than amazement. It should be understood and savored slowly, moving on foot or by bicycle, remaining in a temple listening to the silence, looking for a solitary moment from the top of the sacred mountain Phu Si, which splits the city in two. Only from there do you really realize that it is a patch of houses and golden temples surrounded by water and a boundless jungle.
