Nepal discovery, Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lumbini, Chitwan Nat.Park, 11 days

DAY 01: ARRIVE KATHMANDU [D]
Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu. Meet traditional welcome, necessary assistance and transfer to hotel. Welcome drink followed by tour briefing. PM visit Kathmandu Durbar square & Swyambhunath Stupa. Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 02: DRIVE KATHMANDU – NAGARKOT [B+L+D] 1hr drive
Breakfast and drive for Nagarkot. En –route visit Bhaktapur Durbar square- the finest durbar square of the valley where one can visit golden gate, Palace of 55 windows, Nyatapole temple etc. Finally arrive Nagarkot and check into the hotel. Evening enjoy golden panoramic view of eastern Himalaya with sunset. Overnight stay at hotel at Nagarkot.

DAY 03: DRIVE NAGARKOT – POKHARA [B+L+D] – 7hr drive
Breakfast & drive for Pokhara (200KM / 6 hours) observing the scenic views on the national highway. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. Evening walk around the tourist area of Lake Side and enjoy the view of western Himalayan ranges with Mt Fishtail. Return to hotel and overnight

DAY 04: POKHARA TOUR [B+L+D]
Early morning 5am drive to Sarangkot for sunrise view over the Annapurna mountain range. Return to hotel for breakfast, after breakfast proceed for sightseeing in Pokhara covering Bindabasini Temple- situated on a small hillock overlooking eye catching view of the beautiful Mt. Fishtail at a handshaking distance, Seti-Gorge, Gupteswore Mahadev cave, Devi’s fall, World peace Pagota. At the end of the tour 1 hour boating on lake Fewa. Return to hotel & overnight.

DAY 05: DRIVE POKHARA- LUMBINI [B+L+D] – 6/7hr drive
Breakfast and drive to Lumbini. Arrive Lumbini after 6/7 hours’ drive. Check into hotel and rest. Overnight at Lumbini / Bhairahawa.

DAY 06: LUMBINI VISIT [B+L+D]
Have breakfast at Hotel and proceed for Lumbini. Visit various monasteries, historical sites of Ashoka Pillar, Maya Devi temple etc. Return to hotel and overnight.

DAY 07: DRIVE LUMBINI – CHITWAN NATIONAL PARK [B+L+D] – 3-4hr drive
Breakfast and drive to Chitwan National Park. Arrive Chitwan National Park & check into jungle lodge or resort. Welcome drink followed by briefing about 3 day’s activities. Lunch and proceed for the jungle activities. Return to lodge/resort, dinner and overnight.

DAY 08: CHITWAN SAFARI ACTIVITIES [B+L+D]
Wake up call with tea / coffee followed by Nature walk and Bird watching tour. Breakfast & start Jungle safari on Elephant back to see different kinds of deer, rhinoceros, wild boar, leopard, monkeys, birds and many other smaller animals. After elephant back safari, proceed for dugout Canoe ride along with Dungre / Rapti River to see 2 types of rare species of crocodile; the marsh mugger and the fish-eating Gharial. Visit Elephant breeding farm & drive back to the resort. Late afternoon village walk can be organized nearby Tharu village. Walk / drive back to the lodge/resort. Evening enjoy “Tharu Tribal Dance “presented by the local Tharu people. Dinner & overnight at the resort/lodge.

DAY 09: DRIVE CHITWAN- KATHMANDU [B+L+D] – 4/5hr Drive
After breakfast drive to Kathmandu. Arrive Kathmandu & check into the hotel. Rest of the day free for personal activities as shopping visiting around the tourist hub of Kathmandu- Thamel etc. Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 10: KATHMANDU [B+L+D]
Breakfast, proceed for sightseeing tour of Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa and Patan Durbar square, during the city tour, you may do some shopping.  Farewell dinner followed by folklore. Overnight stay at hotel

DAY 11: DEPARTURE FROM KATHMANDU [B]
Free until transferred to the international airport for onward flight.
